At StrideVibe, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably across Kenya.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes
- Nairobi (CBD & Suburbs): 1-2 business days
- Other Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2-4 business days
- Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays
StrideVibe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at stridewithvibe@gmail.com.
