Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to arrange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.
• Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
